Sorah As-Sharh ( The Opening Forth) - Verses Number 8

أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ( 1 )

Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast?

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ ( 2 )

And We removed from you your burden

الَّذِي أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ( 3 )

Which had weighed upon your back

وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ( 4 )

And raised high for you your repute.

فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ( 5 )

For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ( 6 )

Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانصَبْ ( 7 )

So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَب ( 8 )

And to your Lord direct [your] longing.

Hell: a vision from withinAllah has granted humankind certain span of life in this world and with it the ability to think and then decide their course in this life. After that, everyone will die and be buried. Then all of Allah's creation will be brought back to life on the Day of Judgment. Enjoining Good, Forbidding EvilIbn Taymiyyah said: "This (enjoining good and forbidding evil) is a duty that the entire Ummah is obliged to fulfil. It is what the Ulama know as an obligation of collective responsibility, if a group in society undertook to discharge it, the other members of this society are absolved from it.
