Sorah Al-Qamar ( The Moon ) - Verses Number 55
اقْتَرَبَتِ السَّاعَةُ وَانشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ ( 1 ) 
Iqtarabati assaAAatu wanshaqqaalqamar
وَإِن يَرَوْا آيَةً يُعْرِضُوا وَيَقُولُوا سِحْرٌ مُّسْتَمِرٌّ ( 2 )
Wa-in yaraw ayatan yuAAridoowayaqooloo sihrun mustamirr
وَكَذَّبُوا وَاتَّبَعُوا أَهْوَاءَهُمْ ۚ وَكُلُّ أَمْرٍ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ ( 3 )
Wakaththaboo wattabaAAoo ahwaahumwakullu amrin mustaqirr
وَلَقَدْ جَاءَهُم مِّنَ الْأَنبَاءِ مَا فِيهِ مُزْدَجَرٌ ( 4 )
Walaqad jaahum mina al-anba-i mafeehi muzdajar
حِكْمَةٌ بَالِغَةٌ ۖ فَمَا تُغْنِ النُّذُرُ ( 5 )
Hikmatun balighatun famatughnee annuthur
فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ ۘ يَوْمَ يَدْعُ الدَّاعِ إِلَىٰ شَيْءٍ نُّكُرٍ ( 6 )
Fatawalla AAanhum yawma yadAAu addaAAiila shay-in nukur
خُشَّعًا أَبْصَارُهُمْ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْأَجْدَاثِ كَأَنَّهُمْ جَرَادٌ مُّنتَشِرٌ ( 7 )
KhushshaAAan absaruhum yakhrujoonamina al-ajdathi kaannahum jaradun muntashir
مُّهْطِعِينَ إِلَى الدَّاعِ ۖ يَقُولُ الْكَافِرُونَ هَٰذَا يَوْمٌ عَسِرٌ ( 8 )
MuhtiAAeena ila addaAAiyaqoolu alkafiroona hatha yawmun AAasir
كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ فَكَذَّبُوا عَبْدَنَا وَقَالُوا مَجْنُونٌ وَازْدُجِرَ ( 9 )
Kaththabat qablahum qawmu noohinfakaththaboo AAabdana waqaloo majnoonun wazdujir
فَدَعَا رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَغْلُوبٌ فَانتَصِرْ ( 10 )
FadaAAa rabbahu annee maghloobun fantasir
فَفَتَحْنَا أَبْوَابَ السَّمَاءِ بِمَاءٍ مُّنْهَمِرٍ ( 11 )
Fafatahna abwaba assama-ibima-in munhamir
وَفَجَّرْنَا الْأَرْضَ عُيُونًا فَالْتَقَى الْمَاءُ عَلَىٰ أَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ ( 12 )
Wafajjarna al-arda AAuyoonanfaltaqa almao AAala amrin qad qudir
وَحَمَلْنَاهُ عَلَىٰ ذَاتِ أَلْوَاحٍ وَدُسُرٍ ( 13 )
Wahamalnahu AAala thatialwahin wadusur
تَجْرِي بِأَعْيُنِنَا جَزَاءً لِّمَن كَانَ كُفِرَ ( 14 )
Tajree bi-aAAyunina jazaanliman kana kufir
وَلَقَد تَّرَكْنَاهَا آيَةً فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ ( 15 )
Walaqad taraknaha ayatanfahal min muddakir
فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ ( 16 )
Fakayfa kana AAathabee wanuthur
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ ( 17 )
Walaqad yassarna alqur-ana liththikrifahal min muddakir
كَذَّبَتْ عَادٌ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ ( 18 )
Kaththabat AAadun fakayfa kanaAAathabee wanuthur
إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِيحًا صَرْصَرًا فِي يَوْمِ نَحْسٍ مُّسْتَمِرٍّ ( 19 )
Inna arsalna AAalayhim reehansarsaran fee yawmi nahsin mustamirr
تَنزِعُ النَّاسَ كَأَنَّهُمْ أَعْجَازُ نَخْلٍ مُّنقَعِرٍ ( 20 )
TanziAAu annasa kaannahumaAAjazu nakhlin munqaAAir
فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ ( 21 )
Fakayfa kana AAathabee wanuthur
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ ( 22 )
Walaqad yassarna alqur-ana liththikrifahal min muddakir
كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ بِالنُّذُرِ ( 23 )
Kaththabat thamoodu binnuthur
فَقَالُوا أَبَشَرًا مِّنَّا وَاحِدًا نَّتَّبِعُهُ إِنَّا إِذًا لَّفِي ضَلَالٍ وَسُعُرٍ ( 24 )
Faqaloo abasharan minna wahidannattabiAAuhu inna ithan lafee dalalinwasuAAur
أَأُلْقِيَ الذِّكْرُ عَلَيْهِ مِن بَيْنِنَا بَلْ هُوَ كَذَّابٌ أَشِرٌ ( 25 )
Aolqiya aththikru AAalayhimin baynina bal huwa kaththabun ashir
سَيَعْلَمُونَ غَدًا مَّنِ الْكَذَّابُ الْأَشِرُ ( 26 )
SayaAAlamoona ghadan mani alkaththabual-ashir
إِنَّا مُرْسِلُو النَّاقَةِ فِتْنَةً لَّهُمْ فَارْتَقِبْهُمْ وَاصْطَبِرْ ( 27 )
Inna mursiloo annaqatifitnatan lahum fartaqibhum wastabir
وَنَبِّئْهُمْ أَنَّ الْمَاءَ قِسْمَةٌ بَيْنَهُمْ ۖ كُلُّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ ( 28 )
Wanabbi/hum anna almaa qismatunbaynahum kullu shirbin muhtadar
فَنَادَوْا صَاحِبَهُمْ فَتَعَاطَىٰ فَعَقَرَ ( 29 )
Fanadaw sahibahum fataAAatafaAAaqar
فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ ( 30 )
Fakayfa kana AAathabee wanuthur
إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً فَكَانُوا كَهَشِيمِ الْمُحْتَظِرِ ( 31 )
Inna arsalna AAalayhim sayhatanwahidatan fakanoo kahasheemi almuhtathir
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ ( 32 )
Walaqad yassarna alqur-ana liththikrifahal min muddakir
كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍ بِالنُّذُرِ ( 33 )
Kaththabat qawmu lootin binnuthur
إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ حَاصِبًا إِلَّا آلَ لُوطٍ ۖ نَّجَّيْنَاهُم بِسَحَرٍ ( 34 )
Inna arsalna AAalayhim hasibanilla ala lootin najjaynahum bisahar
نِّعْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِي مَن شَكَرَ ( 35 )
NiAAmatan min AAindina kathalikanajzee man shakar
وَلَقَدْ أَنذَرَهُم بَطْشَتَنَا فَتَمَارَوْا بِالنُّذُرِ ( 36 )
Walaqad antharahum batshatanafatamaraw binnuthur
وَلَقَدْ رَاوَدُوهُ عَن ضَيْفِهِ فَطَمَسْنَا أَعْيُنَهُمْ فَذُوقُوا عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ ( 37 )
Walaqad rawadoohu AAan dayfihifatamasna aAAyunahum fathooqoo AAathabeewanuthur
وَلَقَدْ صَبَّحَهُم بُكْرَةً عَذَابٌ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ ( 38 )
Walaqad sabbahahum bukratanAAathabun mustaqirr
فَذُوقُوا عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ ( 39 )
Fathooqoo AAathabee wanuthur
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ ( 40 )
Walaqad yassarna alqur-ana liththikrifahal min muddakir
وَلَقَدْ جَاءَ آلَ فِرْعَوْنَ النُّذُرُ ( 41 )
Walaqad jaa ala firAAawna annuthur
كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا كُلِّهَا فَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ أَخْذَ عَزِيزٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ ( 42 )
Kaththaboo bi-ayatinakulliha faakhathnahum akhthaAAazeezin muqtadir
أَكُفَّارُكُمْ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أُولَٰئِكُمْ أَمْ لَكُم بَرَاءَةٌ فِي الزُّبُرِ ( 43 )
Akuffarukum khayrun min ola-ikumam lakum baraatun fee azzubur
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ نَحْنُ جَمِيعٌ مُّنتَصِرٌ ( 44 )
Am yaqooloona nahnu jameeAAun muntasir
سَيُهْزَمُ الْجَمْعُ وَيُوَلُّونَ الدُّبُرَ ( 45 )
Sayuhzamu aljamAAu wayuwalloona addubur
بَلِ السَّاعَةُ مَوْعِدُهُمْ وَالسَّاعَةُ أَدْهَىٰ وَأَمَرُّ ( 46 )
Bali assaAAatu mawAAiduhum wassaAAatuadha waamar
إِنَّ الْمُجْرِمِينَ فِي ضَلَالٍ وَسُعُرٍ ( 47 )
Inna almujrimeena fee dalalinwasuAAur
يَوْمَ يُسْحَبُونَ فِي النَّارِ عَلَىٰ وُجُوهِهِمْ ذُوقُوا مَسَّ سَقَرَ ( 48 )
Yawma yushaboona fee annariAAala wujoohihim thooqoo massa saqar
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ ( 49 )
Inna kulla shay-in khalaqnahubiqadar
وَمَا أَمْرُنَا إِلَّا وَاحِدَةٌ كَلَمْحٍ بِالْبَصَرِ ( 50 )
Wama amruna illa wahidatunkalamhin bilbasar
وَلَقَدْ أَهْلَكْنَا أَشْيَاعَكُمْ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ ( 51 )
Walaqad ahlakna ashyaAAakumfahal min muddakir
وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ فَعَلُوهُ فِي الزُّبُرِ ( 52 )
Wakullu shay-in faAAaloohu fee azzubur
وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٍ وَكَبِيرٍ مُّسْتَطَرٌ ( 53 )
Wakullu sagheerin wakabeerin mustatar
إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَنَهَرٍ ( 54 )
Inna almuttaqeena fee jannatinwanahar
فِي مَقْعَدِ صِدْقٍ عِندَ مَلِيكٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ ( 55 )
Fee maqAAadi sidqin AAinda maleekinmuqtadir

- The Miraculous QuranThe first and second articles are an introduction for the Quran and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and make comparison between the Quran’s content and the orientalists’ sayings about it. The third explains that in order for a religion to be true, it must be from God in a total sense and not only in its origin then the scholars distort it. The fourth and fifth mention one of the unique qualities of the Quran which is its detailed preservation, a fact which makes it much different than all other religions, confirm that the Quran itself contains proofs for its truth and requires no “leap of faith” in order to believe it, and take a look at the accusation that Muhammad borrowed or stole the Quran from other religions, particularly the Christianity and the Judaism. The sixth and seventh mention the depictions of God and the Prophets in the Quran vs. the Bible and the Talmud and explain the comprehensiveness, completeness, balance and practicality of the legislation of the Quran. The challenge got into very simple standard i.e. to compile a Surah (Chapter) looks like any of its Surahs but they also failed.
